Sunshine after the rain

Well things are good here. Had problem with net and had to fork out for new PC but back now. Few things to note.

Got good news I have been given ok to drive for year restricted and have used ESA backpay to put car on road. Yey can take son out to farm etc - get out of city...

CC only visiting every two/three weeks instead of weekly and shrink every couple of months. I am finally in recovery mode. Nothing to do with meds (cough) but I finally understand myself I can notice the start of highs and lows and take steps enough to avoid crisis. Just a sharp talking to myself does trick. 'Don't be silly La-reve you can not walk in front of that double decker and be fine..etc'

I am getting married in a few weeks time. Was supposed to have got married last year but you know breakdown and hospitals and stuff put a spanner in works.

We had plan to go Maldives- something which we had always wanted to do and have saved up years for. Was going for honeymoon and church wedding here. However, decided it would be too much stress. therefore...

We are getting married in the Maldives on 19 may. But as its not classed as legal in uk law. we are also having small register office ceremony here on 8th May. just parents and close friends

Just over three weeks now. And I am surprisingly unstressed in fact so laid back don't even have dress yet. This is not like me.

I am a little worried. worried how long haul will effect my sleep, worried about going crazy in a 3rd world country. Worried about getting through wedding. But on plus. A week in tropical paradise. And I deserve a break it has been many years and the hardest years. Also partner who has been through it all with me deserve the break. We forget that it effects them too. And mum is having son.

Anyways thats it - Mood has taken note of weather and all is pleasant and sunny.

So happy for you that all is going so well. The wedding sounds idyllic.
Seems as if things are just going to get better now that you've got a grasp on the mayhem!

I'm so excited for you! Glad to hear that things are going well. Sounds like you have a few concerns but that's normal isn't it? If you didn't have any concerns then that would be a little more concerning. :) Have a wonderful wedding!

Wedding will be nice and low key how I want it. We have lived together for 7 years so no point in wasting money on big do. Mahem is averted at moment. x

Stacy

So glad things are going well.

I was meant to get married last year or even the year before as well, but we didn't get as far as planning in the end.

I wonder if we ever will these days.
