Just been clearing out and found
28 sertraline
6 Zopiclone
4 Tamazepam
23 Zolpidem
4 Mirtazapine
64 Paracetamol.
Didn't realise I had all those sleeping tabbies all high dose, and due to pick up new prescription for Zolpidem this week. A nice tidy lot.

I'm unhelpful at best right now. Honesty says I wish I had those pills. I'd be a hypocrite to say "don't even think about it"; I'll say it anyway.. hand over the pills to your GP or CC or someone or call the crisis team or just something. Please take care of yourself x
