Not waving but drowning
Nobody heard him, the dead man,
But still he lay moaning:
I was much further out than you thought
And not waving but drowning.
Poor chap, he always loved larking
And now he's dead
It must have been too cold for him his heart gave way,
They said.
Oh, no no no, it was too cold always
(Still the dead one lay moaning)
I was much too far out all my life
And not waving but drowning.

Very bad, bad week... made extremeley bleak by departing care co-ordinator who doesn't want to work with a bad la-reve...
So this is how I feel and for all the times she failed to see it

Just sending you love.

I'm sorry you feel so horrible. I have had a few of those this year. I really hope you start to feel better soon. It sucks feeling bad! I'm thinking of you.
*hugs*
Sarah
I've always liked that poem.
You are not a bad la reve - that the cco couldn't understand why you were unhappy with her actions does not speak well of her capacity for offering empathy or genuine support. Here's hoping the next one is better.
Take care x x
